Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Screw Match, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
These terms apply to all players and visitors who access the game or related services. Additional platform rules from Google Play, Apple App Store, or another app store may also apply.
Game access
We grant you a limited right to use the game for personal entertainment.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the game or its services.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by the app store and may include virtual items, subscriptions, bundles, or ad-removal features where offered.
Eligibility
You may use the game only if you can legally enter into these terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of legal majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you.
Screw Match is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable local law.
Limited License
Subject to these terms, SkyEcho Limited grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the game on a compatible device for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You do not receive ownership of the game, game content, code, art, music, user interface, levels, trademarks, data, or any other materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SkyEcho Limited and its licensors.
Rules of Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use cheats, automation, bots, scripts, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the game or any part of it, except where law expressly allows.
- Interfere with servers, networks, ads, purchase systems, analytics, attribution, or security features.
- Attempt to obtain virtual items, rewards, purchases, currency, or benefits through fraud, bugs, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized methods.
- Use the game for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Upload, submit, or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or malicious content through any support, social, or sharing feature.
- Violate applicable laws, app store rules, platform policies, or third-party terms connected to the game.
Game Content and User Content
The game may include levels, puzzle mechanics, virtual currency, boosters, rewards, characters, artwork, sounds, advertisements, events, and other content. We may add, remove, rebalance, replace, or change game content at any time.
You retain ownership of the content you send to support. You permit us to use your messages and attachments as needed to respond, investigate issues, and support the game, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use voluntary product suggestions to improve the game without compensation; this does not give us permission to publish your private support messages for marketing.
In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
The game may offer virtual currency, boosters, consumable items, non-consumable items, bundles, subscriptions, no-ads features, event passes, or other paid content. Available items, pricing, currency, taxes, payment methods, and refund handling are controlled by the app store and may vary by region and device.
Virtual items have no cash value, are not real money, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged outside the game unless we expressly allow it in writing. We may modify or discontinue virtual items, rewards, features, pricing, or availability where permitted by law and platform rules.
Purchases are usually final once completed, except where refunds are required by law or provided by the app store. For payment, refund, cancellation, and subscription-management questions, use the account and support tools provided by the app store that processed the purchase.

Advertisements and Third-Party Services
The game may show rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, cross-promotions, offers, or links to third-party services. Third-party providers may collect or process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party ads, websites, products, purchases, claims, content, availability, or privacy practices. Interactions with third parties are between you and the relevant third party.
Updates and Availability
We may provide updates, bug fixes, balance changes, new content, remote configuration, or other changes. Some features may require the latest version of the game, an internet connection, platform services, or device compatibility.
We may suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue any part of the game at any time where permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the game, you acknowledge that the Privacy Policy applies to your use of the game and related services.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game or related services if we believe you violated these terms, created risk or legal exposure, abused payments or rewards, interfered with game operations, or used the game in a harmful or unlawful way.
You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. Termination may result in loss of access to progress, virtual items, rewards, purchases, or other game-related data, subject to applicable law and app store rules.
Disclaimers
The game and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyEcho Limited and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost virtual items, business interruption, or device issues arising from or related to the game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the game or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the game in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SkyEcho Limited, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer protection laws require a different rule. You and SkyEcho Limited agree to try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting screw@luckmob.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies available under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the game, on the app store listing, or through another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the game after the updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
